Why Smart City Focus
Bhubaneswar has been chosen by Government of India to be the first smart city in India. IEEE-5G technology will be enabled for this program. Cutting edge sensor-based networks, IOT, cloud-based applications will be used for smart mobility, smart utility services and delivery of public services like healthcare, sanitation etc. Smart city application focus will be of interest to researcher, educationist and industry captains dealing with the subject.

The Summit is of immense interest to researcher, students, telecom and IT industry experts, smart City and urban planners, policy makers and smart city administers. Deliberation on standardization issues of information and communication technology will be of great interest to Telecom Equipment producers, Networking Companies and IT Service Providers. The deliberation may help in framing the draft ‘GISFI standard’.
Post Summit Guided Tour
The Organizing Committee will be happy to organize a day long packaged tour to Puri-Konark-Pipili-Dhauli on August 19, 2017. Delegates and their spouses may avail of this complementary tour by indicating their option while registering (online/offline) for the summit.
